We will be traveling to a few cons throughout May, so we will be unable to fulfill orders and process returns/exchanges. Our last day of fulfilling orders will be May 1st. Please order before then to get your order before our soft closure.

Preorder information
Some preorder items were expected to ship by mid-late May. We are still waiting on our bulk to arrive for these item. They may not arrive until late May or early June, so we will not be in office then to fulfill the preorders.
If the preorder bulk comes between May 14th-May 18th, we will fulfill the preorders then. There is a slim chance of this. We will do our best to keep everyone updated, but for now, expect to see your preorders by early-mid June.

We ask for your patience, especially when waiting for a response from our support email during our soft closure. We will be actively traveling and vending, so we will be very busy!
